Mid 2014 – Phase 3 Construction is quickly moving forward. We have created 4000 sft of new warehouse space, and the large underground parking garage area. Our future tenants; Holiday Inn Express Hotels, the Colwood Farmers Market, and Orca Grill Restaurant are proceeding on preparing their plans to open in the spring of 2015. Strength N2 Fitness has expanded. New tenant spaces are already 60%. There is still room to join Westridge Landing as a Commercial lease or a Residential Apartment tenant! Early 2013 – Phase 3 has begun, with construction of 63 residential apartment/
condominiums, an 80-room, limited service hotel and an additional 17,000 sq. ft. of ground level

November 2011 – Phase 2 of development was completed. An additional 5,800 sq. ft. of 1
commercial tenancy was developed, anchored by 7-Eleven, Dad’s Soup and Sangy
and Goodview Restaurant.
March 2009 – Phase 1 of development was completed. Site includes 47,000 sq. ft. of
commercial tenancy, anchored by an impressive 20,000 sq. ft. Lee Valley Tools store. Other tenants
include Pacific Coast Floor Covering, Service Master, Westshore Dance Studio, Split N2 Hair,
Sunderlea Signs and Eagle View Veterinary Clinic.
